Cooperative Language Learning is based on the practice of the language in real-life situations, using many different classroom environments. (In the classroom, outside of the class, on the FL Online platform, on the Mooc offered by FL).
The use of all the teaching technologies and methodologies available creates a complete experience with a full support for the learner.
Les ateliers FL weekly courses 20 lessons are open to any level, from complete beginners to advanced levels, C1. The courses consist of 20 lessons of 45 minutes in a week, in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday to Friday.
This option is perfect for those willing to start learning French or improve and perfect their level while enjoying enough free time to take advantage of their stay in France.
To complement general French classes, Les ateliers FL offer additional courses of an hour and a half. These are specifically targeted workshops focusing on one element of the French language, suited to your needs and desires.

In addition of the 20 lessons standard courses, these 6 lessons of thematic workshops allow you to progress faster, to improve your language skills and to enrich your knowledge of French culture.
They can focus on the linguistic elements such as speaking and listening, writing and reading, phonetics or grammar, but also, for more advanced levels, more cultural themed workshops such as current events, traditions and civilisation are available. Some other workshops offer a preparation to the DELF/DALF exam, ideal for the students who wish to enter the French university or those who wish to certify their French level for professional or personal reasons.

Before your arrival (for a registration online), or at school, it all starts with a written test to define your level. This written test will be validated by an oral test on the first day of your classes. This will enable the school to place you in the class best corresponding to your level. This class will not exceed 12 students, providing you with an even more enriching and formative experience.
The weekly courses are general French classes in which you will work and practice all the aspects of the language throughout the week. To practice and improve, listening comprehension, reading of written texts, discussion and spoken expression or writing expression are an integral part of the classes, without forgetting grammar lessons, vocabulary and structures to reinforce your French level.
General French classes aim for the practice and use French in your daily life. Authentic documents, vocabulary, discussions, debates, interactive exercises, all is made to immerse you in real concrete situations, in an authentic communication that you will encounter in your daily life in France or in any french speaking environment. Weekly classes also introduce cultural elements through which you will discover different traditional and cultural aspects of France and of the francophone world and thus deepen your knowledge of the country and its culture while studying the language.
