Our summer program in Biarritz offers a complete French language immersion and exciting sports activities, specifically designed for 13–14-year-olds. With 24/7 supervision by qualified staff, participants enjoy an enriching, and truly unforgettable two-week experience. This French language stay in France is the perfect opportunity to improve French skills while enjoying fun sporting activities along the beautiful Basque Coast.

French Lessons on Campus

Each week, students attend 20 French lessons (15 hours) taught by qualified and experienced teachers specialised in French as a Foreign Language (FLE). Our interactive junior French classes focus on practical language skills and follow CEFR standards, ensuring rapid progress. Students engage in speaking exercises, listening practice, and dynamic role-playing activities – all in modern classrooms located within the residence.

Basque Coast: Surf and Cultural Activities

Students enjoy 4 surf sessions per week led by certified instructors, perfect for both beginners and experienced surfers. The Atlantic Ocean, renowned as one of the world’s best surfing destinations, ensures an enriching sporting experience – ideal for a dynamic language stay on the Basque Coast.

Each week, students embark on a half-day excursion and a full-day adventure on the first Saturday, offering the chance to explore the region’s stunning landscapes and cultural heritage. This program creates the perfect balance between learning French, entertainment, and cultural immersion.

With three themed evenings per week, teenagers have plenty of opportunities to relax, connect with an international community, and strengthen their French-speaking skills in a friendly and welcoming environment. Activities include karaoke nights, movie screenings, interactive quizzes, and fun games – promoting language practice and interaction among participants.

24/7 supervised residence with daily meals included

Students are accommodated in a safe and comfortable residence. Shared rooms (for 2 students) create a friendly atmosphere and encourage interaction. The residence offers a variety of sports facilities,

including a mini-golf course and a swimming pool.

Round-the-clock supervision by an experienced team provides peace of mind, ensuring a secure environment throughout the stay.

All daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included. These balanced, delicious options help students maintain their energy for classes, activities, and cultural excursions, while introducing them to authentic French cuisine.

GOOD TO KNOW: Safety, 24/7 Support, and Transfers

Our student’s safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our program provides full-time on-site supervision, with staff members living in the residence and ensuring 24/7 monitoring. For added security, students are not permitted to leave the premises without proper guidance, offering parents peace of mind throughout the summer experience.

Arrival and departure transfers from Biarritz airport or Biarritz train station is included in the program. Students are greeted by our team upon arrival and assisted until their departure.

All travel between the residence and activity locations is conducted via public transportation under the supervision of our experienced team. A public transport pass is provided, ensuring hassle-free and secure access to the city’s extensive transport network. This thoughtful approach guarantees a safe, convenient, and truly immersive language and cultural experience.
