Our coaching program includes:
– professional workshops related to your research
– a pack and tailor-made support by our team to help you in your search for an internship or job.
Workshops are adapted to your level, your needs, and objectives.
Within the program, there will be two workshops of 1.5hrs specialized in professional French (managing concrete situations, preparation toward job interviews, customer elations, professional relationships…).
The teacher acts as a coach. They will be your guide during the job interview preparation stage.
There are two objectives addressed within the workshops: learning how to ntroduce yourself and preparing for the job interview.
We will explain how to introduce yourself in a simple and concise way.
During your practice, your behavior will be studied: body language, speaking speed, ease, attitude, which will then be followed by constructive criticism and advice for each identified error.
This part of the workshop will address the nature of job interviews in France. Specifically : What is it for? How long will it last? What questions will be asked?
Throughout the workshop, your teacher will give you key tips towards your success in your internship/ job interview, advice on what mistakes not to make, and above all, you will be presented with the subtleties of French companies (work contracts, dress codes, manners…).
Your CV and cover letter will be corrected and returned by email with a complete list of the best research tools , an employer network share , and all the information you need to know about labor laws in France.
You will follow a distance training session to guide and prepare you for success in your interviews (2x 45minutes).
We will help you with administrative procedures: work permit, opening a bank account, proofreading prospecting emails, labor contract, etc.). However, you will be searching for your own job/ internship, followed by the signing of your contract before starting your paid-job or internship.
You will receive the legal minimum wage according to the number of hours worked, this is around 1150 € per month full-time (between 35 and 39 hours per week) and at least 577.50 € for an internship longer than 2 months.
Before starting your job or internship, you will sign a contract with your host ompany which will then be validated by the Work Experience team.
Victoria, Laurène and the whole Sales team have developed a rich professional network allowing them to offer you an accompaniment in adequation with your search of job or internship.
This service must be combined with a minimum of 2 weeks French & Work Experience program (internship or job)

Their goal? Support students throughout their FL experience.
Lessons and activities are available on your FLOnline platform, enjoy the full experience of our Virtual School and E-meet the FLAlumni network.
The objective of the course is to improve oral and written communication, to strengthen vocabulary and fundamental grammatical points, to develop knowledge of French culture and civilization and to express oneself with ease and fluidity in different situations.
During their teaching, professors will approach the four areas of competence of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference), namely: oral expression and comprehension and written expression and comprehension.
The content developed has an action-oriented approach with many activities created in line with the audience and the level of the groups, thus promoting oral expression while laying down the foundations of the written word.
The teaching team will run attractive, pleasant and enjoyable lessons through fun didactic activities, such as group, group or pair activities within their class, and interactions with other level groups during events. pedagogical related to school life.
Cooperative Language Learning is based on the practice of the language in real-life situations, using many different classroom environments. (In the classroom, outside of the class, on the FL Online platform, on the Mooc offered by FL).
The use of all the teaching technologies and methodologies available creates a complete experience with a full support for the learner.
“My name is Eleonora, I am 22 years old and I am Italian, I decided to settle in France for a year to learn the language and gain professional experience, I turned to the Coaching program” Work Experience” from the school France Langue. I took a French course for two weeks, in a class with people who had the same linguistic level as me and with whom I could easily build a dialogue.
The course was well structured and very useful for taking my first steps in oral French. From the beginning the school team already helped me get ready for my first job interview. Fortunately, the interview went well: I still work in the restaurant recommended by the team, in an environment with many other young people who have become friends. An experience that not only made me grow as a person, but also helped me improve my French.
Thanks to this experience, I was able to regain my independence. Initially, I only had to stay one year in France, but I finally decided to stay and continue my studies here, changing my plans and prospects for the future. “
“My name is Nathalie and before arriving in Paris I was already sure that the best way to learn French is to integrate in the country by working here. I was right after two weeks of classes at France Langue to improve my grammar and remember the vocabulary, I was found a job interview! I did a “specialized workshop” to train in maintenance (it was my first in French) and I did it right away, so I started my eight months of experience in a French pastry shop, I had a good taste of all the cakes (really all) and I always spoke French with all my colleagues and with the customers.
It was difficult at the beginning but during my last week, three different people told me “Ah you are not French? I did not know it! “What a great reward … Here are the reasons why I did this course and this experience! In addition, I made many friends to the point of being sad when leaving Paris which became my second home! “
