“The French & Paid Job” program is a life-changing linguistic and cultural experience where you will have the opportunity to learn French at school as well as in a french professional environment that varies from what you’re used to.
You will work in France and discover the workplace “à la française”.

Improve your French on a Daily Basis

 

French lessons adapted to your level

The French courses are composed of 20 general French lessons, in international class that has a strong emphasis on the oral interaction between students. In addition, you will follow linguistic or cultural workshops adapted to your needs.

In order to better your chances, you will also attend two specialized workshops for your integration into a French company. These workshops will help you understand and prepare for job interviews in France.

You meet the following conditions?

  • Are you between 18 and 30 years old? (age requirements for both school and work placements)
  • Are you at an intermediate level in French (B1 minimum)?
  • Are you European or able to provide a Working Holiday Visa?
  • Are you able to cover financially the first two months of your stay?
  • Are you able to provide an international insurance?
  • Are you available for at least 3 months?

  • Skype interview upon receipt of your application form (interview includes: aassessment of your level of French, your motivation, your expectations and needs and presentation of the program).
  • Sending of stay sheets to better organize your stay in France
  • Setting up of one or more interviews (maximum of three interviews offered per student)
  • Welcome reception at the Les ateliers FL school where you will receive your student card that entitles you to many discounts throughout various activities.
  • Information and orientation meetings: welcome, information and help to open a bank account in France and obtain a French telephone number
  • Interviews with employers and support until hiring (up to 3 interviews maximum)
  • General French classes: Guided by your teacher you will learn the language.
  • Classroom beyond the walls: Coordinated by the academic coach, it will take you outside the classroom to practise the skills learnt in class.
  • Mentoring sessions: Your coach will focus on your weaknesses to make them your strength.
  • Student Welfare Managers : Their single objective is your happiness & success throughout your experience.
