For many years now, we’ve been working in partnership with the Centre International d’Ilbarritz, a practice known and recognized by all golfers.
Perched on a seafront cliff, it features a 9-hole course, a circular driving range on 7 hectares of greenery with 13 different workshops, 2 putting greens, 1 pitching green and 2 chipping greens.

Playing golf in Biarritz has been a tradition since 1888. Back then, the Golf du Phare was already welcoming players with a breathtaking view of the ocean.
Since then, the golf course has expanded and diversified to become the Ilbarritz Training Center, a complex unique in Europe for its beauty and technical level.
Over the past 100 years, Biarritz has become a golfing legend, hosting numerous international events.
Biarritz is a land of champions: Arnaud Massy, Frédéric Duger, Marie-Laure de Lorenzi, Regis Bleze-Pascau and Valérie Michaud have all contributed to Biarritz’s national and international renown.
Golf lessons are scheduled in the afternoon, with 5 golf sessions of 2 hours each, Monday to Friday.
This highly technical course, designed in the same spirit as the driving range, is ideal for learning all golfing techniques at all levels. Situated on two levels of land, a free shuttle system allows you to get around without difficulty.

This is a highly technical course, designed in the same spirit as the driving range, ideal for learning all techniques, for all levels. Located on two levels of the course, a free shuttle system makes it easy to get around.
French courses take place from Monday to Friday mornings at our school, on the basis of 20 lessons per week.
Following a placement test, you will be directed to the most appropriate class according to your level of French and your objectives. Classes are international and exclusively taught in French by experienced teachers with degrees in French as a foreign language. Group classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people, to give everyone more time to speak and encourage conversation and exchange.
Les ateliers FL have set up an online placement test, to be taken before your arrival, to assess your knowledge of written comprehension and production. This test will be supplemented by an oral interview on the first day of class to :
Evaluation during the stay
At Les ateliers FL every Friday, you will be assessed by your teacher to check that your progress is consistent and in line with the rest of the group.
Most Les ateliers FL schools are examination centers, so you can ask to take an official French exam at any time to assess and certify your level of French.
In addition, you benefit from personalized support to help you go further in your learning of the French language and culture, by working on your personal and professional learning objectives and needs.
At the end of your program, the school will issue you with an end-of-session certificate stating the number of hours attended and the level reached.
